1. Service Description
PointPath is a points optimization platform operated by Convergence Engineering. The service analyzes credit card reward programs and airline transfer partnerships to help users find the best value for their points when booking premium cabin award flights. PointPath does not book flights on your behalf, issue airline tickets, or transfer points between programs. All bookings and transfers are made directly by you through the respective airline or loyalty program.
2. Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and entering your point balances. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
3. Payment and Billing
Certain features of PointPath require a paid subscription. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
Prices are listed in US dollars and may be updated with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
5. Accuracy and Disclaimers
PointPath provides recommendations based on publicly available data and third-party sources. Award availability, transfer ratios, and pricing are subject to change at any time by the issuing airlines and loyalty programs.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the availability of any specific award seat or transfer rate. Always verify availability directly with the airline before transferring points.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Convergence Engineering does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Convergence Engineering be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of points value, missed bookings, or transfer errors, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the PointPath platform are owned by Convergence Engineering and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
